Offering panoramic views of the city from its location on the 52nd floor of The Prudential Tower, Top of the Hub will celebrate Thanksgiving with a four course prix-fixe menu showcasing traditional holiday favorites including Misty Knoll Farms Vermont Turkey, Roasted Sugar Pumpkin Soup and Apple Cranberry Cheesecake. The menu will also feature such classic selections as Slow Roasted Angus Prime Rib of Beef, Grilled Georges Bank Swordfish, Sweet Potato Gnocchi, Open Ravioli of Harvest Vegetables and more.
Served on Thursday, November 22, from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., the prix-fixe Thanksgiving Menu is priced at $79 per person and $35 for children 6-12 (exclusive of beverages, tax and gratuity). The Sonny Barbato Quartet -- with special guest Paul Alhstrand -- will provide live entertainment in The Lounge from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.
To complete the holiday celebration, all Thanksgiving guests will be invited to enjoy a complimentary Thanksgiving Day visit to the Skywalk Observatory, New England's tallest observatory and Boston's ONLY sky-high vantage point. Located on The Prudential Tower's 50th floor, the Skywalk experience includes: Dreams of Freedom -- Boston's Immigrant Experience; an exclusive Audio Tour highlighting the skyline's many points of historic and cultural interest; plus admission to multiple video presentations screened in the Skywalk’s state-of-the-art video theater, including “Wings Over Boston,” a spectacular aerial video tour of Boston and Cambridge.
