About Self-Guided Mindful Summer Saunter


Join Within Wild Light & The Trustees for a self-guided Mindful Summer Saunter in the blossoming space between spring and summer. This journey on the Stevens-to-Stevens trail will take you through trees, fields, and passing waters as you make your way into greater relationship with your inner and outer landscapes. Inspired by elements from mindfulness, forest therapy, and nature-based creativity, your package is designed to carry you into present-moment connection with the unique offerings of summer. Tune into birdsongs, join for written and audio meditations, and rejoice in the gifts of June on the trails.


Your adventure includes: a trail map, an outline of your excursion, three guided audio meditations, invitations through the senses, nature-based creativity, an earth blessing, and journal prompts to deepen your experience. This digital package is downloadable and ready to be your companion as you embark on the trails with presence, connection, and a hint of childlike wonder.

Within Wild Light is a place of connection and honoring of the earth and its cycles. Its midwife, Bianca, is a nature therapy guide, mindfulness instructor, intuitive arts facilitator, and partner in life, death, and transitions. Through experiences rooted in cultivating relationship with nature and intuition, Within Wild Light offers individuals and communities a space to develop a trusting relationship with their own inner wisdom in harmony with the earth.
