Join Riverview Chamber Players and the
New England Gospel Ensemble for this healing concert.

Amazing Grace, How Sweet the Sound... This song, along other gospel songs sung by the New England Gospel Ensemble, and string quartet music by Claude Debussy and Amy Beach, will be part of the sweet sounds of Harmony & Hope. From calm and soothing tones to vibrant and uplifting music, Harmony & Hope offers the audience time and space for reflection, a time to connect with loved ones who have been killed, and a time to join with others to bring light and hope into this world.

This two-hour performance will be interwoven with spoken word by people working to end gun violence and those supporting families who have lost loves ones to violence. The sanctuary will be adorned with artwork created by a variety of community groups in pre-concert workshops around the trauma of gun violence.

Reception to follow performance.

This is an ArtWeek Boston event in partnership with Riverview Chamber Players and the
Unitarian Universalist Urban Ministry.
