For one night only, Saltie Girl will be taking reservations for a special Valentine’s Day dinner. Guests can dine on a prix fixe meal for $115, with seatings available at 6:30pm and 8:30pm. Dinner starts with the Mock Oyster, followed by a Deconstructed Bluefin Tuna Tartare and a Pan Roasted Black Bass. Entrée options include the Creekstone Farms 28-Day Dry Aged Sirloin with pava potatoes, smoked spinach, foie gras bordelaise and Butter Poached Maine Lobster with winter squash tortellini, thumbelina carrots and pistachio crumble. Guests can end with Honey Truffles and Milk Chocolate Gelato. Caviar, oysters, and select menu items will also be available in addition to the tasting menu.
