Seaport Sessions is an open invitation to engage in smart and unexpected conversations with the entrepreneurs, leaders, and artists who infuse Seaport with life.
 
WS Development has partnered with Fenway Sports Group Real Estate (FSGRE) and '47 Brand to redevelop multiple sites in the Fenway neighborhood currently owned by FSGRE and the D'Angelo family, owners of the Red Sox Team Store on Jersey Street and '47 Brand.
 
The new joint venture will redevelop several sites totaling approximately 5 acres located on Jersey Street, Brookline Avenue, Van Ness Street, and Lansdowne Street while respecting the historic fabric and character of the area around Fenway Park.
 
Join Yanni Tsipis, Senior Vice President of Development at WS Development, for a virtual conversation about how the partnership came to be and the vision and philosophy behind the evolution of this part of the Fenway neighborhood.
