October 24th, 2017 marks the first annual New England Cider week where restaurants, bars, and cider makers come together to celebrate the rich traditions and forward looking ideals in Heritage Cider production. Born of Founder Jackson Cannon's twin loves of great ciders and good times NECW spotlights the makers of some of New England's most beloved fermentations in a variety of epic parties and educational opportunities.
Braid your hair, unearth your best plaid shirt and get yourself to The Hawthorne for SCRUMPfest, a night of hard cider drinking, do-si-do-ing and debauchery while raising a glass to this year’s harvest! Saddle up for the menu of activities, which include bobbing for apples (in cider, of course), NERF William Tell, a late night screening of Deliverance, and banjo playing by a very special guest.
