The InterContinental Boston invites you to join Master of Whiskey Randall Bird and Diageo National Educator Bill Codman in the Scotch Lounge for a series of three-course scotch pairing dinners.
Starting on Thursday, February 28th, take a tour through the Johnnie Walker scotches. Following this, on Friday, March 22nd, enjoy the Classic Malts of Scotland, tasting through Glenkinchie, Lagavulin, Dalwhinnie, and Oban. Both dinners will have a surprise ending.
Each scotch is expertly paired by Chef de Cuisine Michael Rostafin while dining in the InterContinental Boston's exclusive Scotch Lounge.
