This season, the Lowell Chamber Orchestra (LCO) will perform selections from Seven Rabbits on a Pole, an opera by composer Pasquale Tassone, who is an Arlington High School alumnus, faculty member and was chairman of the Performing Arts Department at Arlington High School for many years. Through decades of teaching in Arlington, Mr. Tassone inspired generations of Arlington students while quietly building an impressive body of original compositions. We are honored to bring his music to the concert stage and share his remarkable artistic voice with a wider audience. It is fitting that this concert will take place in the very school where Mr. Tassone was truly introduced to the world of music. You are cordially invited to attend this performance on October 3, 2026, 7:30 PM at Arlington High School’s new auditorium at 869 Massachusetts Avenue, Arlington MA. Admission is free and a goodwill donation to benefit the LCO would be greatly appreciated.
