This Thanksgiving, put the focus back on loved ones by stepping away from the stove and letting Executive Chef Farouk Bazoune and his talented culinary team at STRIP by Strega see to all your holiday meal prepping needs. Served in conjunction with STRIP by Strega’s signature a la carte menu boasting a variety of succulent steaks, chops, fresh seafood, and Italian specialties, Chef Bazoune’s mouthwatering three-course, prix-fixe Thanksgiving Day menu will treat guests to the crave-able holiday flavors they’ve come to know and love, plated with style and sophistication.
As friends and family come together for a day of giving thanks, they’ll be tempted by a menu boasting sumptuous, seasonal ingredients such as roasted butternut squash, spiced pecans, and tender braised turkey highlighted by creative accompaniments like maple cream, housemade cranberry sauce, and savory 8-hour gravy. Knowing no Thanksgiving Day dinner is complete without a series of sweet treats, Executive Pastry Chef Alexandre Bonnefoi will be serving a duo of decadent desserts.
Served from 12PM to 9PM on Thanksgiving Day, Executive Chef Farouk Bazoune’s satisfying three-course prix-fixe menu will be served as follows:
