Join the MA Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation & Urban Harbors Institute (UHI) of UMass Boston on Saturday, June 10th for a cleanup in Dorchester's Savin Hill (DCR’s Malibu Beach, Savin Hill Beach, & along Morrissey Blvd).
Come join us for any amount of time that you can (between 10am-1pm)! More details at the registration link.
Parking is in the DCR lot a few yards past 401 Morrissey Blvd; this address will bring you close to parking (we'll set up on the grounds just past the parking lot - look for the blue Surfrider flag).
Public Transportation: JFK/UMass (Red Line) or Savin Hill T stop
The itemized trash collected helps to protect the local environment and allows Surfrider and UHI to use the data to further research and influence laws to help reduce waste at the source!
