Book yourself some restoration for 2026! Softspace Wellness offers sauna, massage therapy, acupuncture, and mobility classes.


Our Sauna was custom built to adhere to the standards of Traditional Finnish Saunas. We believe in the old school way - the experience of slowing down, feeling the intensity of the heat on the skin, and connecting with community.

Saunas can elevate the body’s heart rate, allowing for the benefits of enhanced circulation in the body without the physical strain of activity. The effects on the nervous system can be powerful.

Our rainfall shower is available to you when you book a Sauna visit, so you can cool down from the heat. Book privately or with friends (4 people can comfortably fit!).
