About this event:
Higher Love Yoga Project is thrilled to be sharing FREE yoga and yoga sculpt classes every Saturday at 9 a.m. this winter thanks to our friends at The Street and PNC Bank! All classes are in our fitness space located at 3B Boylston Street in Newton -- next to the Star Market. The space has bathroom and there is plenty of parking in front.
Per Newton city ordinance, masks are required for class. We will be offering breaks and will work to keep the room from getting too hot so everyone can practice in comfort!
Registration in advance is required. All classes 60 minutes long. Participants must be 16 or older; anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. A yoga mat, water bottle, and towel are recommended for class.
