Right at Pleasure Bay Beach in South Boston, (by the WWII Memorial, American Flag pole, and gazebo, meet us on the sand, borrow one of our mats, and for $10 at 10AM enjoy an hour of outdoor yoga led by the always awesome, RYT 500, Morgan who's purpose on this Earth is clearly to share this gift of this practice with anyone and everyone.


No sign-up required, just show up! If weather is inclement, follow daisyface flow on Facebook and @daisyfaceflow on Instagram for announcements or cancellations, but we haven't had one yet since May of this year!!
