This challenging hike will take you past scenic vistas and up to the very top of Sandwich Dome. At 3992’, Sandwich Dome is the tallest mountain on New Hampshire’s “52 with a View” list. This 8.2 mile total out and back hike will take you over exposed rock faces with beautiful views along the Algonquin Trail. Along the way you will learn Leave No Trace and orienteering skills from Lakes Region Conservation Corps members Kaela and Liam. Be prepared for a difficult hike, with views that are well worth the effort it takes to get to them.
