In honor of veterans and their service, we're releasing a specialty brew: Sam Salutes, a dry-hopped American lager that’s crisp and easy-drinking. Brewed with Citra and Simcoe hops from the West Coast, it has a refreshing burst of citrus that’s complemented by a delicate sweetness from the malt to make a simple, dependable lager. 


On November 9th, enjoy food from a veteran-owned business at the brewery! Code 1 BBQ – veteran-owned, women-run, family business—will be popping up and serving delicious, hearty comfort food in celebration of the holiday weekend. 


To show our support, we’ll be donating to our friends at New England Center and Home for Veterans in Boston, whose mission is to equip veterans who are facing or at-risk of homelessness with the tools for economic self-sufficiency and to provide them a path to achieve successful and dignified independent living.


And we’re inviting drinkers to get involved too! Let a bartender know that you’d like to buy a vet a pint of Sam Salutes and they’ll provide personalized cards to fill out! Veterans who show their Military ID will be able to redeem this card at the bar for a Sam Salutes brew (limit 1/person).


Throughout the month, we’ll also have New Year’s cards for folks to fill out that will be sent out to vets to make their holiday a bit brighter. Write a custom message to show your appreciation for their sacrifice and our partners at NECHV will be sending them out to various military bases.
