Most people think of sake and sushi together - In this class we'll break out of the box and see how the unique elements of sake pair well with pizza! We'll talk about the different styles of sake and offer up some pairings with your favorite kinds of pizza. Order a pizza or two and let's drink sake!
This class will be held Online through Zoom. Sake Tasting Kits are available for pick up at our school if you select the Online with Tasting Kit registration option. For those who wish to purchase their own sake, lists will be provided ahead of time so that you may taste along at home. If you are taking the class at home with another member of your household, there is no need to purchase an extra class, but we do suggest that you get an extra Tasting Kit.
