Barre3 Brookline and RUNYOGA are excited to partner together for this awesome event to kick-off summer. Lace up those sneakers and get ready to climb, as Cara Gilman will lead you through a heart-pumping, fun hill workout. The sweat and fun continues, as Elizabeth Leonard moves you through a 30 minute barre3 workout that will foster both strength and flexibility.
Our night together will go as follows:
6:30 PM - hill workout + high fives with Cara
7:00 PM - 30 min barre3 workout with Elizabeth
barre3 is a great cross-training workout for runners! Strengthen your core, mix up how your muscles work, and create strength and flexibility.
