Join Beverage Manager Colin Mason and special guest Andrew Pierce from Hamilton Ministry of Rum for Japanese-inspired tiki cocktails and Whaling in Oklahoma's famous steamed buns from Chefs Tim Maslow and Matt Hummel.


Colin and Andrew, who first met when they worked together at Maslow’s first restaurant, Ribelle, are back together with concoctions like tapped watermelon with tea punch, strawberry rum porrons, and more! A selection of different steamed buns – including a vegetarian option! – will be available for noshing.

$25 ticket includes entry, buns, plus one beverage. Additional beverages available a la carte.
