If you have yoga wall ropes at home and want some inspiration for your practice during these days of confinement, join Tristan for a 2 hour ropes workshop. She will plan a sequence that moves through most of the pose families and allows for the different kinds of ropes set ups we have at home. The sequence notes will be emailed after the workshop so you can use them in your own practice going forward and won't have to stop and take notes as we go along. If you are regularly practicing rope sirsasana, it will be included, but we do not want anyone to try any new suspended poses during this workshop. Tristan is assuming you have ropes experience to join this workshop - it is definitely not suitable for newcomers to ropes. Tristan will allow some time at the beginning and end of the workshop for Q&A, about specific ropes asana questions as well as questions about your ropes set ups.
