Join us this Summer as Chef Joe Gatto hosts the 3rd annual cooking demonstration & tasting on the Kendall Square Roof Garden. Chef Joe Gatto will be incorporating garden ingredients found on the Kendall Square Roof Garden from Green City Growers and how to use them in everyday cooking. Classes will take place on the below dates from 6PM-7PM. All ticketed attendees will recieve one complimentary alcoholic beverage to pair with the tasting from Champions bartenders. If inclement weather occurs, class will be rescheduled. All attendees must be 21 or older to attend- valid I.D. is required.
July 17: Grilled Bok Choy with soy, sriracha and sake glaze. Lettuce Thai wrap with chicken, topped with grilled leeks, cilantro and peanut sauce.
July 24: Pickled serranos and red onion. Grilled Citrus Fish tacos –with shredded carrot and pickled onion/jalapeno slaw with lime and cilantro. Spiced flour tortillas on baking steel.
July 31: Grilled bruschetta- charred tomatoes/ garlic rub with fresh basil. Charred Vegetable salad - with lemon herb dressing.
August 7: Grilled Watermelon Salad with feta and mint. Flank steak taco with a kohlrabi, carrot, purple cabbage slaw. Make corn tortillas live on grill/baking steel.
