A fun and friendly 5K created by and for runners, the Rock the Dock 5K , Presented by the Brighton Bangers, follows a shaded riverside loop beginning and ending near Community Rowing’s Harry Parker Boathouse, followed by an afternoon of free beer and music.


The low entry fee includes the beer and music, a performance T, a group warmup and cool-down, trophies and prizes for the top men and women and top teams, the greatest swag bag in running, and much more.


Food truck food will be available for purchase.


Proceeds benefit "In the Same Boat," a free program at Community Rowing for disabled and able-bodied military veterans readjusting to civilian life.
