Lynx Fitness Club is bringing the heat on the Esplanade this summer through River Fit: Lynx Saturday Workouts!
For four consecutive Saturdays this summer, beginning July 24, instructors from Lynx Fitness Club will lead you through an hour-long high intensity interval training (HIIT) class that incorporates bodyweight strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts for maximum calorie burning effect, set to fun and upbeat music! Each class will take place on Fiedler Field on the Esplanade from 9:30am to 1`0:30am.
Registration for Lynx Saturday Workouts is only available through Eventbrite. Please cancel if you are no longer able to attend. By registering for River Fit: Lynx Saturday Workouts, you automatically sign the electronic waiver to participate in this River Fit Summer Fitness Series class.

River Fit: Lynx Saturday Workouts Lineup:
– Saturday 7/24: Boxing - Jonathan Rosenthal (Rosy)
The lead boxing trainer at Lynx Fitness Club will guide you through 10-12 rounds of body weight exercises to show you why boxers are some of the most conditioned athletes in the world. Each three-minute round will focus on strength, balance, and core mobility while also elevating your heart rate to keep your metabolism burning throughout the day.
– Saturday 7/31: Power Flow Yoga - Erin McCain
Through connecting breath and movement, the goal of this class is to get the heart rate up and the stress level down. Working to challenge the body and calm the mind, this class is suitable for all levels and abilities!
– Saturday 8/7: Power N’ Punch - Lydia Ermilio
Looking to start your Saturday morning off on the right foot? Join Lydia for her 45 minute bodyweight only class- a HIIT style and cardio kick boxing workout that is guaranteed to leave you sweaty, happy, and ready to take on the rest of the weekend!
– Saturday 8/14: Bodyweight HIIT-it - Tsana Dimanin
Wonder what it’s like to feel like you’re flying? Come on over to HIIT-it where you will focus on strength exercises to make you feel like you can move mountains combined with cardio bursts that will have you feeling like you are flying through the air! Most importantly, you will have fun and leave with a smile. Let’s do this!
RIVER FIT COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS AND GUIDELINES:
Participants are required to pre-register in advance; only pre-registered attendees can participate.
Vaccinated participants can go mask-free! We strongly encourage non-vaccinated participants to wear a mask or face covering.
The Esplanade Association will have hand sanitizer available on-site.
