We’re celebrating the magic of fermentation (pickles and so much more) with a 3 course menu centered around the main course, of a nourishing bowl of rice topped with a tour of fermented bites.


This event is a tribute to the techniques and inspiration Katrina learned from Cultured Pickle Shop in Berkeley CA where she interned last year.


Fermentation is an ancient way of preserving foods, that also unlocks nutrients otherwise unavailable to our bodies.
