Running Moms, this is your workshop! Learn how to improve deep core strength and muscle balance with targeted exercises aimed to get you back to your running routine without causing further damage to your body. Most women return to running too soon after birth, leading to muscle imbalances in pelvic floor, back pain and further deterioration rather than gaining strength.

In this special workshop Bec Conant teams up with pelvic floor physical therapy expert Diana Singleton to give you the exercises which will lead you back to running with better form and better overall health. Learn how to asses your body's conditioning state, what major form components must be strengthened to avoid injury, how to avoid that pesky leaking we're all not talking about, and how even those of us without it may still be at risk.

Appropriate for any range postpartum whether the baby is 6 weeks or 16 years. 75% of women in our culture do not have good pelvic and core function more than a year after birth due to our returning to high impact exercise before our bodies are ready. Let us help you return to running as you remember it being.

The two Saturday classes build on one another, so there are no single-day sign-ups.
