Restorative Yoga & Massage

Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and massage! Nicoline will guide the class through a sequence of Restorative Yoga postures –long holds in passive, gentle poses supported by yoga props –while Asi offers therapeutic bodywork. Asi will work with a blend of Thai massage, Muscular Therapy, and Passive Body holds during this luxurious 90-minute class. After the stresses of these last couple of years of isolation, vigilance, and cultural upheaval, this is a wonderful opportunity to practice self-care, to soothe the nervous system and receive healing touch. All levels welcome! 

Así Texeira has been a Massage Therapist for 17yrs, but now infuses her work with a Somatic Therapy approach. Her passion has always been to illuminate the mind/body connection and act as a bridge to support her clients. Her work is highly intuitive and offers a safe space for people to unravel tension from all perspectives: physical, emotional, and energetic. 

Nicoline Valkenberg has been teaching since 2005. She is influenced by the styles of Shiva Rea, Barbara Benagh, Fez Aswat and Tom Alden. She views the practice of yoga as a means to tune into our underlying essence to promote healing, relief, insight and wellness from which to direct our actions in the outer world.
