Come join Izzy & Gabriella for a fully embodied experience of dropping into your intuition and connecting your mind, body, and soul to release what is no longer serving you and creating space within you to receive, expand, and let go.

You will leave feeling empowered, clear-minded, and abundant as you release fears and negative thoughts that are weighing you down.

Bonus topics: Discussion about plant medicine, holistic healing, holistic lifestyle ideas, visualization, and manifestation

Please bring a journal and pen/pencil. Yoga mats are encouraged but not required (for comfortable seating)

Who are we? Izzy and Gabriella are college best friends that have gone on powerful healing journeys to become the women they are today and are over the moon excited to collaborate on this magical event. Izzy is a Boston-based Life & Empowerment Coach and Personal Trainer and Gabriella is a California-based Healing Coach that specializes in Grounding and Parts work.

*As the year comes to an end and we are in the thick of the holiday season, we intentionally wanted to offer this healing space to help release grief, overwhelm, and added stress that can feel extra heavy this time of year.
