Join Libby from Forest Flow for a unique group mindfulness experience in the calm and serenity of Wright-Locke Farm and Whipple Hill.
This all-level experience includes walking with awareness, awakening the senses, and guided meditation (in the form of Yoga Nidra). We will not be going fast or far; we aim to slow down and connect with the natural world. Libby will guide you through the experience, and all you have to do is bring an open mind and curiosity.
After time in nature, many people report feeling calm and at ease, centered, and connected to the natural world. For adults 18+, space is limited.
