This 60 minute transformational experience uses ancient meditation techniques to lead students through a powerful five part meditation journey allowing them to easily and completely meditate. Group Reiki, otherwise known as Ensofic Ray, is where students will lie down with blankets and rest while the power of Reiki flows from the front of the classroom. Overall, students have reported that they feel more rested and relaxed than after an entire night of sleep. All levels are welcome.
