Reiki Dance is a trauma-informed, consent-based movement experience with live music in the Boston area. It blends somatic awareness, intention, and gentle connection to support stress relief, nervous system regulation, and embodied healing.
Over 90 minutes, you’ll be invited to move gently and authentically — listening to your body, honoring your boundaries, and choosing how you engage with yourself and others. Touch is always optional and guided by clear consent, helping cultivate a safe, supportive, and deeply nourishing environment where you can simply be, feel, and heal.


This is not about performance or choreography; it’s about presence, connection, and allowing energy to flow in a way that feels natural and kind to you.
