Along the I-95 belt a number of developers and property owners have begun to embrace technology and innovations in how they approach real estate. The art of leasing and maintaining tenants is no longer just about drawing a circle around the CEO’s house, it’s about thinking through transportation, keeping tenants engaged, helping maximize utility, and finding new ways to use property. Join SIOR New England and the Newton-Needham Regional Chamber at 4pm on Sept. 24 for a program aimed at demonstrating some of the innovations and technologies currently deployed in greater Boston's inner suburbs. It takes place at the Saco-Pettee Mill Building, 156 Oak Street in Newton, with networking, food and drink to follow.

We’ll hear from some of the area's most progressive owners, developers and tenants, including Todd Nordblom, Project Manager at Nordblom Company; Matt Gabree, Sr. Director, Office Experience at TripAdvisor; Maggie Smith, VP of Marketing at WS Development and others to be announced later.
