The Royal Air Force Red Arrows will fly over Boston Harbor on Saturday, July 11, now scheduled for 5:30 p.m., updated from the originally announced 4:30 p.m. time, according to the British Consulate-General Boston. The flyover coincides with the Grand Parade of Sail, the marquee event of the weeklong Sail Boston 2026 celebration bringing tall ships into Boston Harbor.


This is the second of two Red Arrows flyovers in Boston this week, following a Thursday, July 9 pass over the Massachusetts State House. Both flyovers mark the 250th anniversary of American independence and are part of the Red Arrows' five week U.S. tour, Operation Eagle Hawk. The team's signature red, white, and blue smoke trail is expected to be visible from multiple points along Boston Harbor.
