Pairing wine and cheese is both an art and a science, and I'm super excited to have Anthony Liberti from Formaggio talk to us about how he thinks about pairing, and the basics you'll need to know. We'll drink two Spanish wines and pair them with cheeses Anthony selected to get to know the different flavors that work together in pairing. We'll talk through the producers of both the wine and cheese, so you can get to know your producer.
Wines will be available on the Rebel Rebel website on Tuesday. The cheeses will be available by Monday October 26. (We'll update this page with the selection and how to buy).
Where can I buy the wines for this class?
Featured wines will be available for purchase at Rebel Rebel one week prior to the class date. Order the wines here. You don't need to purchase wines to enjoy the class! If you're remote, we can suggest alternatives, or you can tune in as a teetotaler and still learn something.

I'm not in the Boston area. How do I get the wines?
Contact your local wine store (try for a small business, not a liquor store/supermarket) and ask them if they have the wines in stock. If not, ask if they have any suggestions for alternatives that fit the bill (bonus points if they're natural wines!).
