Readable Feast @ BPL: Co-Authoring a Cookbook: Bringing Another's Cookbook Dream to Life

The Readable Feast has partnered with the Boston Public Library for a series of culinary author talks at the Newsfeed Cafe!

Our November event is called Co-Authoring a Cookbook: Bringing Another's Cookbook Dream to Life, in which co-authors and ghost-writers will discuss the challenges of working with other chefs and cooks in the creation of a new work while adding the key ingredient--themselves--to the finished product. The conversation will feature Andrea Pyenson (co-author of Wicked Good Barbecue, Wicked Good Burgers and Grill to Perfection) and Cathy Walthers (author of Raising the Salad Bar and Soups + Sides and co-author of Greens, Glorious Greens and Kale, Glorious Kale.)

There will be a Q & A after the panel discussion. The authors respective works will be available for purchase courtesy of Porter Square Books. The authors will also be signing books following the Q & A.

Attendance is free; however, RSVP's are recommended for a guaranteed spot.

Food & beverage will be available for purchase from the cafe counter. Beer & wine will also be available for those 21+ with a valid ID.
