Read & Relax PJ Party is a cozy, low-pressure evening designed to invite rest, ease, and connection. This gathering offers space to slow down, get comfortable, and spend time with a book, journal, or creative practice of your choosing in a shared, welcoming environment.
Come in your soft clothes or pajamas, bring something you’ve been meaning to read, or simply arrive to rest. There is no agenda and no expectation to socialize. You’re welcome to sit quietly, connect in small moments, or enjoy the presence of others without engagement. We will have moments of individual reading and break every now and again to share stories and connect with others in attendance.
Rooted in Monarch Wellness’ commitment to accessible care and community-based rest, Read & Relax is an invitation to step out of productivity and into presence. This is rest as ritual, held together.
