Join the Randolph Community Band and welcome the 2015 holiday season at the annual Winter Concert to be held at historic Stetson Hall on Sunday, Dec 6th at 3pm. The FREE concert will feature holiday favorites such as the Hallelujah Chorus from Handel’s Messiah, A Christmas Festival, Bugler’s Holiday and Salvation Is Created. More contemporary holiday music includes Sleigh Ride, Festiva Jubiloso and Linconshire Posy. In our quest to support local artists and introduce new pieces to the community, Randolph Community Band is also very excited to perform a world premier composition by musician, composer and Randolph Community Band member Mark Snyder.
Under the direction of Avi Mehta, the not-for-profit Randolph Community Band is now in its 6th year of operation. The group is comprised of students and professionals from all walks of life and is dedicated to fostering a sense of community, striving towards musical excellence, and providing a relevant and meaningful service to the local community. Stetson Hall is located at 6 South Main St., Randolph. It is handicapped accessible.
