Historic New England invites you to celebrate the best that fall has to offer at Raise the Roof. The festive fundraiser is a twist on a county fair. There will be lots of food, drink, music, demonstrations, games and prizes, and more than a few surprises. It’s going to be blue jeans and bluegrass with a down-home vibe you won’t want to miss.


Feast on tasty Southern-style treats prepared by Events by BH, delicious local apple cider from Wilson Farm, hard cider from Shacksbury, and cheese pairings from Valley View Farm. Enjoy foot-stomping live music from the bluegrass band Four Bridges. Have a great afternoon!


Proceeds from the event benefit roof projects at ten Historic New England properties.
