Radiant Prenatal Yoga classes are designed for mommies-to-be. The specialized prenatal teaching team creates a well-paced sequence with focus on the unique needs of prenatal women. Students have the opportunity to connect with one another, with themselves, and with the little yogis growing within. We move through a series of grounding asanas to both strengthen and soothe the physical body. The experience is both invigorating and restoring. All levels of yoga experience are welcome!
