Puppet Showplace Theater will host the annual Gala on June 5, 2018 this year at the historic Dane Estate in Chestnut Hill.


Join us for a magical evening of performances, food, engagement and fun at this family friendly event. All proceeds, including those raised at our Silent Auction will help the theater with a multitude of initiatives, including making imagination accessible for all.


Puppet Showplace Theater has become a treasured cultural institution (45th year) and New England’s favorite puppetry destination. Each year, we present over 300 performances by professional puppet companies at our Brookline Village theater to children and adults, and in the Boston area at our touring shows at schools, libraries, and cultural centers. The Theater’s current strategic plan includes a diversity initiative to improve our ability to serve all of greater Boston’s communities, and expand the theater’s ticket subsidy program to an even wider audience.
