Public art takes a whole city: artists, communities, leaders, educators, and funders must work together to create truly impactful public artworks. But it must be inclusive. Rooted in our belief that artists create change, and our collaborative work to build a public art city, the N+T Forum: Public Art Accelerator examines public art-making through an evaluation of, and the tools available to the artists who participated in the 3-year pilot N+T Public Art Accelerator program. The Forum aims to build authentic, equitable dialogue between the people who make, support, and engage with public art in Boston.
