In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll find yourself in the flavorful French countryside of Provence, as you learn how to prepare a comforting spring chicken stew with aromatic herbs and vegetables.
You’ll roast a medley of seasonal vegetables, served with a classic Anchoïade dip. We’ll finish by crafting crispy spring vegetable fritters, perfect as a snack or appetizer. Ce sera magnifique!

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class.
Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
