About This Workshop
You’re full of ideas, but how do you know which are worth working on? This bootcamp is ideal for startups and entrepreneurially-minded people who are either in the initial phases of developing and researching a software product or are interested in doing software product management for a startup.
Takeaways
In the first part of this workshop, we will take a high-level look at Product Management. You will learn what it means to lead in a product role, how to work as part of the product development team and understand the differences in delivering products for B2B and B2C.
Next you will learn how to balance the strategic vision against the tactical execution of delivering products to market. You’ll learn more about Agile methodology, applying those principles to defining requirements and building out lean roadmaps.
In the final portion of this workshop, you will learn about the different research methods that support your ability to make informed decisions. We will discuss the importance of wireframes and diagrams to enable you to test and convey your ideas.
