Join Jill for a 75-minute prenatal yoga class, appropriate for women in all stages of pregnancy. No previous yoga experience is required! Learn how to move across your mat with a growing belly, how to connect to your breath, and how to relieve some of the common ailments of pregnancy. You'll benefit from the strength, flexibility, calm and focus gained from a strong yoga practice―all the way through to delivery.
Yogis should bring their own mats. All other props (blocks, blankets, and straps) are provided, and used liberally for comfort and support. This event space is climate controlled, and fits a maximum of 15 yogis. Doors are open 15 minutes before class time.
REGISTRATION & CLASS PRICING
Students can register for free on Eventbrite. Payment ($20 per student per class) will be taken at the door, cash or Venmo (@SomerJill). Registration does not guarantee you a spot in the class; the classroom is filled on first-come, first-served basis.
First-time students will be asked to sign a waiver.
