Weekday yoga is here! Timed to be during your lunch break! Prenatal yoga is an excellent way to prepare for labor and delivery, to stay in shape, and to connect with other expecting mamas! Led by certified yoga instructor, Rena Needle. Mats and bolsters will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you'd like.


This event is hosted by Boston Birth Village - a local organization that supports parents in their prenatal, birth and postpartum journeys. We believe that everyone deserves support, and we're not meant to parent alone - rather as a village.
