Calling all mothers and soon-to-be mothers! Join us on Tuesday, April 30th for a 30 minute Pelvic Floor workshop led by Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, Claire Spring from @TheMethodPT followed by a 30 minute Pilates class to apply the concepts you learned in the workshop, taught by Heidi Anderson, owner of @HeidiAndersonWellness. After class we will commence the night with a Q+A sesh on all things pelvic floor health. Even if you are not pregnant or newly postpartum, this workshop is meant to be super beneficial to all.
