Welcome in a new year with a special prenatal class where you can connect with your body, your baby, and the community of fellow pregnant yoginis. You'll experience a complete practice, including lots of attention to the back and hips, extra restorative postures, and a long, cozy savasana. Close out the afternoon with some sweet treats and some time to chat with your fellow yoginis. Treat yourself, Mama!
