Precision Running Lab Presents Sunday Runday
Join Equinox’s PR Lab for Running Class to Support Girls on the Run Greater Boston
WHAT: On November 11th, 2018, Equinox’s Precision Running Lab will host a fundraising event to benefit the Girls on the Run charity, starting with a running class taught by expertly trained coaches in PRL’s enhanced scientific studio environment, consisting of intervals at different speeds and inclines with an O2 vaporizer, immersive lighting and music. A donation of $30 is suggested, and all proceeds go to Girls on the Run, a 10-week program that inspires girls to recognize their inner strength through research-based discussions, activities and running games.
Stick around for after the class, as guests will be rewarded with refreshments and bites from local restaurants. Equinox members, as well as guests, are invited to join. Girls on the Run Greater Boston is an independent council of Girls on the Run International, which has a network of over 200 councils across 50 states and the District of Columbia. Girls on the Run Greater Boston was established in 2010 to serve Suffolk County. In January 2014, they expanded their reach and now serve Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, and Suffolk counties with 2000 participants over the past six years.
