Pre-Valentine’s Day Cooking Class – February 13 from 6-8pm:


Just in time to create your home-cooked Valentine's Day masterpiece, get ready to make a three-course dinner for your loved one. Up first is making Tuscan's signature hand-stretched mozzarella with a chef demonstration on different ways to serve the dish. (Plus, to save some work, you'll take home your mozzarella ball for the next night!) The second course will feature making Tuscan's rustic orecchiette pasta. There will be enough homemade pasta for two portions, and it'll be topped with a Bolognese sauce you make from scratch onsite. For dessert, satisfy your sweet-tooth by learning to make ricotta filling to stuff your cannolis at-home. Whether you're looking for a creative date-night or to take the guesswork out of making the perfect Valentine's Day meal, Tuscan has you covered.
