Workout for a great cause!! Crank up your Saturday fun with Pound & Pour! That’s right, Pound your heart out and then stay for some drinks, apps, and quality time with your friends! Donations for this class will go directly to the American Liver Foundation. By making a donation, you will be helping the foundation provide community-based education, research, support, and advocacy related to helping prevent and treat liver disease and be supporting Lindy's journey toward her first marathon!


The event will include a 45 minute POUND class followed by a happy hour(s) full of fun, such as a 50/50 raffle and many other prizes to win! Please feel free to attend, even if you don't want to take the class. The class will end by 12:15 and we will all be ready to have some fun!


Space is limited for the class (but unlimited for the happy hour of course!) so please reserve your spot through the eventbrite page.
