WORK OUT WHILE YOU ROCK OUT!!!!
POUND® is an exhilarating full-body workout combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks made specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® is perfect for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.
All you need to bring is a yoga mat, an ample supply of water and the readiness to be a Fitness Rebel! We’ll provide the music and the Ripstix®.
While we won’t be working out in masks, bring one with you.
SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE STRICTLY OBSERVED.
Due to SD guidelines, there is a strict cap on class attendance - only 20 participants will be allowed. No walk-ins.
