Pop-up dinner with conversation. Open Kitchens Project event at Phaly and Arkadius’ home. it’s summer, enjoy on the patio amazing Venezuelan cuisine cooked by Carolina and Carolina, immigrants from Venezuela. A conversation curator will invite us to explore our best life as citizens in our uniquely American democracy. They’ll suggest open questions to help us connect with other guests quickly. Limited to thirty-two guests. Your seat at this event is not guaranteed until you receive a final confirmation email.


Carolina's menu will be Pabellon Criollo, the traditional Venezuelan dish:


o Arroz Blanco (White Rice)
o Caraotas Negras (Black Beans)
o Tajadas con barandas (Plantains on the side)
o Arepas Rumberas (Pulled Pork)
o Pico De Gallo Salsa with Avocado
o Almond Cake (Dessert)
